Installation

ITOC consultants can initially assess your requirements and acquire suitable hardware to match. We provide high quality Cisco SIP phones, switches and other hardware, all being Power over Ethernet (PoE). We find this is the most efficient and ergonomic approach to effective VoIP telephony.

Our experienced consultants will wire and install the system causing minimal obstruction to your daily business activities. The PBX will then be installed in-house and configured ready for use. Upon completion of the installation we will run a final QoS (Quality of Service) to ensure the system is of high quality and low latency as expected. This entire process is completed fast to ensure there is little demand on the customer.
