Access to telephone support is available for a limited period after the initial setup of your ITOC Service. For details about your telephone support options, please log into the ITOC Customer Center on our website.

All customers are entitled to on-line and e-mail support, ITOC support software may also be available depending on the ITOC product/solution you use.

Calling? You can speed up your call by having the following information available:

1. Solution/Service Name or Type
2. Customer Account Number
3. Model Number, Purchase Order Number, Or Job Number.
4. Operating System (PC/Mac/Linux)
